Yiwu Merch Studio coordinates products, decoration, inserts, gift packaging, assembly and export cartons in one project. Packing dimensions and checks are agreed against approved samples before production and shipment.
What belongs in a complete gift-set quote?
Ask for the product list and quantities per set, decoration method, gift box, insert or partition, printed card or sleeve, final assembly and export packing. Sample work, tooling, inspection and freight should be listed with their scope, so you can see what is included.
The presentation box and the transport carton have different jobs. The gift box carries your branding; the export carton and protective packing must support the agreed shipping route.

How do you make the items fit?
- Confirm actual product dimensions, including handles, lids, wrapping and accessories.
- Plan the arrangement and protective separation around the most fragile items.
- Review a physical packing sample before fixing the box and insert dimensions.
- Confirm the packed set weight, carton dimensions, sets per carton and transport protection before freight is finalized.
Catalogue dimensions alone are not enough to promise an exact box size. A compact layout must still allow safe packing and practical assembly.
What is checked before shipment?
- Product: agreed dimensions, appearance and relevant functional checks.
- Branding: approved artwork, position, color reference and label details.
- Assembly: the correct number of items, insert fit and gift-box closure.
- Export packing: carton count, quantity per carton, marking and agreed protection.
The inspection method, sampling scope, acceptance criteria and response to defects are agreed for each project. A photograph is useful evidence of progress; it does not replace an agreed inspection or applicable product testing.
Are certificates included automatically?
No blanket certification applies to every kit. Available supplier documents and required product testing are checked for the selected materials, intended users and destination. We identify the product and report scope before making a claim. Testing fees and timing are confirmed before the work is commissioned.
What information is needed for shipping?
Send the delivery country, postal code, complete address when available, required arrival date and preferred delivery terms. A freight quote also depends on the final packed weight and carton dimensions. If a China freight forwarder will collect the order, provide that delivery address and the handover requirements.
